Thank you for taking an interest in getting tattooed!

Tattooing is currently by appointment only.

Please complete the form below if you would like to schedule an appointment. Once the form is received and reviewed, you will receive an email to finalize scheduling details. Prior to the appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be credited toward the cost of the tattoo. As a learning artist, tattoos are currently priced at a flat rate of $75. If you would like to pay more than the $75 flat rate, thank you!
