Thank you for taking an interest in getting a tattoo!

I am still learning and growing in my tattoo practice and appreciate your interest in growing together. Please complete the form below if you would like to schedule an appointment. Once the form is received and reviewed, you will receive an email to finalize details. I currently work out of a private home studio in Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.

Prior to the appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be credited toward the cost of the tattoo. As a learning artist, tattoos are currently priced at a flat rate of $75. While you may pay more than the $75 flat rate, please only do so on a sliding scale amount that your finances allow for. (The Sliding Scale: A Tool of Economic Justice (aka The Green Bottle Method)).
